CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be requested in writing by emailing info@thebodyblueprint.co.
Memberships run on a 30-day billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period.
Example: If you cancel on May 15, your membership will remain active until June 30, and your final payment will be billed on June 1.
REFUND POLICY
We do not issue refunds for memberships or class packs.
In special cases, account disputes may be resolved by issuing credit toward future services at the discretion of management.
