Our kids program is designed for our youth athletes ages 5-17 years old, focusing on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. They are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue into adulthood. By incorporating running, jumping, pushing, pulling and other activities kids naturally enjoy doing, we create a fun, play-like group environment where kids thrive. This program also encourages a community based on mutual respect and encouragement, building self-confidence and an appreciation for relationships. Our kids classes are divided into age appropriate groups all with different class times. We offer Elementary, Middle, and High School classes.
