Blueprint Kids

Our Kids Program is built for youth athletes ages 6–16, with a focus on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. By learning to move well now, kids build a strong foundation that helps prevent injuries and supports lifelong fitness.

Through running, jumping, pushing, pulling, and other activities children naturally enjoy, we create a fun, play-based environment where they thrive. Classes emphasize mutual respect, teamwork, and encouragement, helping kids grow in confidence while building lasting friendships.

​

To ensure the best experience, our youth classes are divided into age-appropriate groups with separate times for Elementary and Middle/High School athletes.

This was my 1st class, and I absolutely enjoyed it. The class was a mix of weightlifting, bodyweight exercises,cardio, and functional movements to build strength.
