BLUEPRINT

A combination of both a cardio-intensive program (mixture of high-intensity intervals and longer, low-intensity work) as well as bodybuilding and functional fitness movements. You will use a variety of aerobic tools such as row ergs, ski ergs, assault runners, assault bikes, and speed ropes combined with bodyweight movements and very light weights to keep your heart rate elevated for optimal weight loss and gain overall strength.
