What to Expect in Our Blueprint Class
Blueprint is a high-energy blend of strength training, conditioning, and functional fitness designed to push your limits and maximize results. This Pelham-based class mixes high-intensity intervals with steady, low-intensity work, incorporating bodybuilding movements and full-body exercises.
You’ll train using row and ski ergs, assault runners, bikes, and speed ropes, combined with bodyweight work and light weights to keep your heart rate elevated for fat loss, endurance, and total-body strength.
