BOOST
Boost is a cardio intensive program that includes a mixture of high intensity intervals as well as longer, low intensity work. In Boost you will use a variety of aerobic tools such as row ergs, ski ergs, assault runners, assault bikes and speed ropes combined with body weight movements and very light weights to keep your heart rate elevated for optimal fat loss.
